Trade-In Grading Guidelines
Trade-in credit is based on equipment grade. Full condition definitions for every tier are below.
Grade 5+ Internal Trade-In
Equipment in Grade 5 condition, owned for under one year, and originally purchased from Axon. Trade in toward your next upgrade and receive full invoice credit.

Like-new condition with full functionality and minimal signs of use. Must be the current model and purchased within the last 2 years to qualify.

Excellent condition with only light cosmetic wear and no functional issues. Must be the current model and purchased within the last 2 years to qualify.

Grade 3
Good working condition with visible wear from regular use, but fully functional. Discontinued or previous-generation models are graded at this tier or below, regardless of condition.
