Not ready to part with your gear? Our in-house technicians service and repair wheel bases, pedals, and rigs — worn load cells, noisy belts, failing electronics, through to full teardowns and rebuilds.

  • The same bench that refurbishes our certified stock works on customer equipment.
  • Often the cheapest route back to like-new feel, well short of replacement cost.
  • If a repair isn't economical, we'll say so and quote a trade-in instead.
  • Diagnostics carried out before any work is authorised.

Trade‑In Grading Guidelines

Trade-in credit is based on equipment grade. Full condition definitions for every tier are below.

Grade 5+ Internal Trade‑In

Equipment in Grade 5 condition, owned for less than one year, and originally purchased from Axon Driver Solutions. Trade in toward your next upgrade and receive full invoice credit.

Like-new condition with full functionality and minimal signs of use. Must be the current model and purchased within the last 2 years to qualify.

Excellent condition with only light cosmetic wear and no functional issues. Must be the current model and purchased within the last 2 years to qualify.
