Black powder coat styling
The Black Edition styling has resulted in a significantly different appearance compared to the regular Sim Pedals Sprint. All metal profiles have a RAL9005 Black fine-structure powder coat or a bead blasted semi-gloss metallic look. Red styling cues can be seen on the metal coil springs.
New custom-made brake elastomers
Our Sim Pedals Sprint – Black Edition are of course already equipped with our new custom-made elastomers. These new elastomers give an even more progressive brake feel compared to the early spec brake rubbers. The force curve of the new elastomers can be seen in this image.
This highly progressive feeling is achieved solely by the design and material compound of the new elastomers, without having to artificially limit the movement of the elastomers when they are compressed. The force curves have been verified using Heusinkveld proprietary force-vs-movement testing equipment.
By using different combinations of elastomers, a total of 6 resistance settings are available.

The Sim Pedals Sprint – Team Redline Edition are a strong, compact and highly adjustable design with the main parts made out of CNC precision laser cut steel, intended for your home-use simulator. Mathematical models were made to accurately calculate pedal travel and force curves, predicting with great accuracy how each pedal behaves in different configurations.
The Team Redline styling has resulted in a significantly different appearance compared to the regular Sim Pedals Sprint. All metal profiles have a RAL9005 Black fine-structure powder coat or a bead blasted semi-gloss metallic look. Red styling cues can be seen on the metal coil springs and all pedal plates carry the Team Redline logo.
The pedals include all new concepts for bearings and pivot points in order to minimize unnecessary play. Automated testing routines have been used to simulate up to 1 million duty cycles.
Durable load cells measure throttle and clutch position and force applied to the brake. Unlike designs with rotary potentiometers, load cells provide true linear output in relation to your pedal output. They are insensitive to dust and dirt and do not wear out, resulting in unmatched accuracy and durability over time.
Custom developed and EMC tested electronics make sure each pedal responds instantly and accurately in your favorite simulator software. The included SmartControl software allows easy configuration of deadzones, brake force and customize (non-linear) pedal output curves.
Throttle
Smooth, accurate and greatly adjustable, the throttle pedal gives you excellent control over any race car. With five pedal travel settings, adjustable pedal force curve, spring preload, pedal angle and pedal height you’ll be able to set up the throttle exactly to your liking.
Brake
The dual stage brake system consists of an adjustable initial coil spring, simulating the pad to disc gap, and progressive rubber springs. The pedal firmness is adjusted by selecting from 6 different rubber stack heights. The pedal angle and pedal height can also be adjusted.
A 120kg load cell measures up to 65kg (143lbs) of maximum actual brake force, ensuring this brake pedal caters both for simracers who like to apply significant force while braking but also for racers who like much lower operating forces.
Clutch
The clutch features a regressive spring mechanism to simulate a typical concave clutch curve. Furthermore, the clutch features three pedal force curve settings, adjustable spring preload, pedal angle and pedal height.
Electronics
The all new electronics have been integrated in the brake pedal. This allows for a clean setup with a minimum of wire clutter.
The controller board has received a conformal coating in order to shield it from moisture and dust. The product as a whole is CE certified and has been tested to be compliant with all applicable European EMC norms and regulations.
The Sim Pedals Sprint come with a powerful configuration tool allowing you to set up your pedals in ways not previously possible: SmartControl. Working together with all-new electronics, SmartControl allows for instant mapping of (non-linear) pedal output curves, pedal deadzones and brake pedal force.
These adjustments can be made without having to recalibrate the pedals (including iRacing). All settings can be saved into profiles, which can be loaded again in a few mouse clicks.
Mapping pedal output curves
A key feature of SmartControl is the ability to set custom signal output maps per pedal. Traditionally race simulator pedal output has had a one-on-one sensitivity in relation to the pedal input. SmartControl allows you to map non-linear output curves using 5 zones (six input parameters).
Each pedal has a Curve Type pull-down menu with pre-defined output curves. You can also select the option to make a custom curve and manually set the desired pedal output percentage for each zone. You have complete freedom to set your own shapes.
Deadzones and brake force adjustment
SmartControl offers quick and easy adjustment of pedal deadzones. The effect of changing these adjustments can be seen visually and realtime. Also the required brake force to get 100% brake output in your simulator can be set in a few mouse clicks.
Profiles
There is support for an unlimited amount of profiles within SmartControl. Saving and loading a profile is done in a few mouse clicks. Because profile data is saved relative to your calibration values, it is possible to exchange pedal profiles between Sim Pedals Sprint owners.
Calibration wizard
Your Sim Pedals Sprint are pre-calibrated during assembly and can be used as a plug&play device. All adjustments in SmartControl can be made without having to recalibrate the pedals.
In case you do need to recalibrate (for example after making certain mechanical adjustments to the pedals), SmartControl has an easy to follow calibration wizard.
